Out of Hours Support
Nearly all businesses on their IT infrastructure to be available 24/7/365 days per year. Having someone employed to cover these hours can prove to be expensive and inconvenient for you staff. Why not let us cover you whilst you get some sleep? With our Out of Hours Support Plans we have Engineers available out of hours to work on Critical System Issues. As well as this we are happy to carry out upgrade and non-Critical work out of hours so that you are free to do your work during working hours without annoying outages

Contact us today and our friendly team can either provide support via a Home Visit or Remotely if necessary. Remember at Helpful IT no job is too small! Before any work is carried out we will give you a clear cost up front and charge on a per job basis regardless of the time it take. As all issues are different we will charge based on the issue so it is cost effective for you. No more paying for a days work for something that may only take 30 minutes.
